Oaked 100% Albarino
Tasting notes: Smooth with hints of vanilla and the aura of an elegant
toasted barrel, an original background evoking certain types of wild
mushrooms. There are also touches of brioche and toffee.
Very fruity with the notes of passion fruit and smooth honey,
powerful and expressive.
Vinification: The grapes are hand picked, de-stalked and lightly crushed
before being placed in the pneumatic press, where they are kept between
four and eight hours. The must is transferred to 225 litre French oak barrels
(Allier) where it ferments with the lees for a period of approximately five
months. It is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where it remains until
it is clarified, stabilised and bottled.
