Tasting notes: Greenish yellow with hints of gold, clean and bright.

Intriguing high-pitched aromas of white peach, green tea, pear, lemon pith and minerals.

Dense and powerful, but the citrus and nectarine flavours are kept fresh by zesty

acidity and a mineral element. This vibrant, stony wine finishes with a whiplash of

tangy citrus notes.

Vinification: Grapes were hand harvested, cluster sorted and had cool
maceration (8-10 degrees C) about six hours.
The grapes were then pressed in pneumatic press at only
moderate pressure to obtain the most aromatic portion of the must.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature (18 degreeC).

Food match: Ideal with fish, shellfish.
