Albarino Abadia Da Cova


The 15% of GODELLO complements the 85% ALBARIÑO,
serving to increase structure, and complexity thereby creating
a unique wine.


Tasting notes: Greenish gold. Pungent citrus peel aromas,

with deeper melon, pear and smoky mineral nuances. Concentrated,

spicy and fresh, with nervy acidity buffered by a sweet note of poached pear.

Finishes with candied citrus zest character and dense elegant after taste.

Vinification: Manual harvest in 20 kg. boxes, Grapes are
subsequently selected on arrival at the winery.
Begins on September 12th and ends on September 15th.
Maceration with pre-fermentation for 12 hours at 7º.
Alcoholic fermentation for 12 days, between 16º and 20º
and partial malolactic fermentation. None fining treatment.

Food match: Fish and seafood and it is great on its own.
