Vinification: Preselection in the vineyard. Manual harvest in 15 kg. basckets. Selection in the winery
and grapes refrigeration at 2 C to preserve the aromas. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats
at 16 C during eight days. Six months of static stabilization.
It conserves all
the aromas in the first two years.
Food match: Ideal with aperitifs, smoked food,
