Treixadura 80%, Albariño 10%, Lado 10% Tasting notes: Crystalline and shiny. Gold color with notes of straw. Complex and subtle floral aromas. Pleasant taste, balanced acidity and leaves a great memory in the palate. It is an elegant and harmonic wine, with a great personality. Vinification: Preselection in the vineyard. Manual harvest in 15 kg. basckets. Selection in the winery and grapes refrigeration at 2 C to preserve the aromas. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at 16 C during eight days. Six months of static stabilization. It conserves all the aromas in the first two years. Food match: Ideal with aperitifs, smoked food, fish, shellfish and white meat. In stock
