75% Mencia, 15 % Arauxa, 10% Bastardo
The vineyards are located on mount Ladairo,
these vines are between 25 and 30 years old.
Tasting notes: The wine is garnet red in colour, with very fruity aromas of
ripe red fruits such as raspbbery, cherry, currant and vegetables.
Round in the mouth, well srtuctured with balanced acidity.
Vinification: Manual harvest in baskets of 15 kilograms.
Traditional maceration at 23-25 degrees until fermentation
is complete and pressed.
The malolactic fermentation takes place.
